I had a great experience refinancing with Watermark Home Loans and my agent Casey Lamm. Casey stuck with me the whole process, emailing me instructions along the way and seeing that everything was completed on time. Regan made the mortgage process quick and easy, and was proactive about tailoring a solution specifically to my family’s situation, versus a cookie cutter loan. As a first-time homebuyer, I was constantly peppering Regan with questions, and he was always responsive, always patient, and always available. Great experience, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
As a first-time homebuyer I was overwhelmed by the whole experience, especially in this market. Regan was a Godsend when it came to the financials. He is definitely an expert in his field, but it was his ability to explain my options in terms I could fully understand that set him apart. “Over the years I have acquired 20+ home loans, and for many the process has been grueling. But i do have to say that the last several I have done with Regan and his team at Watermark have been a breeze. They have got the process down so there is little stress on the applicant.
