Very professional! This was the First time I've used them very impressed. If I ever have another loan need I will be going back for sure! Loan open and closed on time, documents easy to upload and they answered any questions I had with a phone call back promptly.

Regan is incredibly professional and was able to provide all the information and documentation needed to make funding and closing on our home seem relatively painless. We also appreciated how he was able to provide multiple lending scenarios so that we could see what was the best fit for us.

Casey Lamm of Watermark Home Loans is super straightforward, extremely competent, and just a pleasure to work with. He always kept me informed, got me to get him the docs and info they needed in a pleasant manner, and helped me get some of the docs that were difficult to obtain, such as in this example: I own a commercial property that still listed the last owner (and title holder because it was a seller loan) on the title and he helped me remove the prior owner from title in order for him to process my loan. This is the second Refinance I have done with Cathy Dragna and Watermark. I would not have any problem recommending Cathy what so ever to anyone that is looking to Refinance or even a new Mortgage. Cathy is very good in her field of expertise and is very reliable in what she does.

I would highly recommend Stacy Gonzalez to help you with your mortgage and home buying experience. She went way above and beyond in my book and someone like that is hard to find these days.
