This is the second Refinance I have done with Cathy Dragna and Watermark. I would not have any problem recommending Cathy what so ever to anyone that is looking to Refinance or even a new Mortgage. Cathy is very good in her field of expertise and is very reliable in what she does.

I would highly recommend Stacy Gonzalez to help you with your mortgage and home buying experience. She went way above and beyond in my book and someone like that is hard to find these days. I have never had anyone go to the lengths to help me like Stacy did. I had a few hiccups with my past credit history and with Stacy's help was able to conquer them and buy the home of my dreams. I highly recommend Stacy on all your home purchase needs. We closed escrow with her a few months ago and it was only because of her knowledge, experience and her team, that we were able to conquer the herculean task of purchasing a HUD home. Regan is by far the best. He explains in detail every step of the path to purchasing a home you can afford. He comes up with creative solutions when needed and he is always honest and trustworthy.
