Great job by Casey Lamm and the rest of the team at Watermark. Everything went smoothly and the process was hassle free. I have used them in the past and will certainly use them again.
Regan was with me every step of the way through the mortgage qualification process. He took the time to explain different home financing options, working within my budget. Regan was constantly in touch with me and my wife while our applications were pending, letting us know status of our loan approval. Closing was a breeze....Regan literally did everything to the point where we just had to show up and sign in order to close. Zero hassle! Great broker.
Cathy was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire transaction. She was thorough in getting documents needed and polite even during what can be a grueling document/approval process.
Cathy explained the process very comprehensively and patiently navigated us through the many details. She was always available when we had questions. She worked hard to get us the best rate possible and was very proactive throughout the process. Throughout our refinance, we felt that Cathy was on our side, advocating for our interests.
