I had a great experience refinancing with Watermark Home Loans and my agent Ryan. He explained in detail whole process, emailing me instructions along the way.Although my loan did took some little extra time to close due to appraisal delays but still Ryan didn't charge me for extending my rate lock. I would definitely recommend Watermark and Ryan in particular as I had a great experience.
