I had a great experience refinancing with Watermark Home Loans and my agent Ryan. He explained in detail whole process, emailing me instructions along the way.Although my loan did took some little extra time to close due to appraisal delays but still Ryan didn't charge me for extending my rate lock. I would definitely recommend Watermark and Ryan in particular as I had a great experience.
I did a lot of research in preparation for my mortgage refinancing and Regan was light years ahead of everyone else I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable with what is going on in the industry and ultimately saved me $500/month in payments. He answered all of my questions in a very clear and concise way, and was also able to process everything in less than 30 days! I HIGHLY recommend Regan, and have done so to all of my friends and family!
