David Phelps was my loan agent. He took the time to explain each step as we went through the re-fi process. David and his team were able to secure a few thousand in lender credits - which allowed us to get the no cost/no fee re-fi we wanted. We started at the end of August 2016 and had a new loan and lower rate in place the 1st week of October 2016 (six weeks). I never felt pressured or I was being sold something. I recommend David at Watermark Loan to anyone looking to refinance.
