It was a pleasure working with Michael. He was very knowledgeable with our loan process and kept us updated on the progress of our loan. He had answers to our loan questions and the loan went smooth and closed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Michael.

Im not gonna lie, I loan shop. Kevin won period best rate and APR (very affordable loan cost). Kevin was courteous and assuring. I would highly recommend Watermark/Kevin.

I recently purchased my condo and immediately was looking to refinance (due to an interesting appraisal return). I was able to work with Jacob he was vey organized, prompt, and willing to communicate/be flexible around my work schedule. As a new lender, he is extremely knowledgeable and has saved me over $200 a month on my mortgage. I will be recommending him to any friends and family that need it.
Alex was quick to respond to all questions and made the entire refinance process super easy! It seemed way too easy based upon other friends/family who refinanced elsewhere, but Alex kept reassuring me that everything would be good to go and would take care of any issues. Sure enough, everything was as he said it would be - no surprises, no hidden fees, and still answers any questions I have after my loan closed. Highly recommended.
