Alex was quick to respond to all questions and made the entire refinance process super easy! It seemed way too easy based upon other friends/family who refinanced elsewhere, but Alex kept reassuring me that everything would be good to go and would take care of any issues. Sure enough, everything was as he said it would be - no surprises, no hidden fees, and still answers any questions I have after my loan closed. Highly recommended.
Michael worked with me every step of the way, from getting a quote, to applying for the loan, to answering a LOT of my questions, all the way down to closing and my loan being funded. Jesse Somberg is by far one of the best I have ever worked with. When I first presented Jesse with my situation he was on vacation in Costa Rica and still managed to chat and schedule a meeting. Kevin was great to work with. Provided information in a timely manner, and followed through on everything he said he would do. Rate we got was super. Platform was also really easy to use. Made our refinance as easy as it could possibly be.
I went into this kind of blind and hesitant. I attempted to do it once before with the national company a d they were liars. Tom from watermark was the opposite. Friendly, honest, and informed is how I would describe Tom. He could answer all my questions and got all the information I needed. The process was smooth and I'd recommend him.
