Worked with Josh Crater on 3 refinances. Josh was very easy to work with, not pushy like other mortgage agents, and got me the best rates. The process was incredibly easy, required very little paperwork, and their new tool makes it easier to share docs and have templates that make it easier to do written statements with e-signatures.
