Chevon was great to work with. She explained everything well, kept us up-to-date, answered questions quickly, and the whole thing closed very quickly. Would definitely recommend Chevon and Watermark.
Michael and the team were excellent, (Stephaine in underwriting super on point). Prompt response to questions. All was as advertised, quick rate lock, and reasonable closing costs. Upfront, and candidate about issues, truly working with the homeowner positively and respectively. If I need to do this again, I am in with this team.
My loan process with Watermark Home Loans and in particular, with Ryan Ballenger, was a smooth, no hassle experience. The loan closed in less than 45 days after completed application was submitted, with no surprises. Very happy.
This was a totally positive and smooth peocess. We worked with Vincent who helped with our loan and accommodated our needs for closing in a short time frame. Vincent was very responsive , answering every question we have, flexible when we had some changes and managed to get our loan closing on time. The portal is very good, uploading docs was so easy and overall one of the best loan services we had.
I was happy with the service and in the end, it got done. They were always available to answer questions and to discuss any problems. The service was very good.
I would highly recommend Michael, he knows his stuff and is quick to reply. Very proffesional! I am very pleased with the quality of service and rate I ended up with!
He was great with communication and keeping us updated on the steps we were able to do everything electronically. The process of refinance took about 3 weeks. I would recommend Watermark to anyone who wants a smooth process.
