Worked with Josh Crater on 3 refinances. Josh was very easy to work with, not pushy like other mortgage agents, and got me the best rates. The process was incredibly easy, required very little paperwork, and their new tool makes it easier to share docs and have templates that make it easier to do written statements with e-signatures. The lender was relatively easy to work with. Their portal is easy to navigate. The lender as an entity could have been more expeditious with the closing process, although they were responsive with email and phone calls.
Jason and his team were amazing to work with. I had already worked with two other lenders and went to Jason to compare the rates, Jason was able to blow them out of the water. He and his team are very transparent throughout the entire process so you feel confident you are getting the best deal possible. They are also very responsive and walk you through every step of the process so you know exactly what's going on. Jason made the home buying process easy and stress-free. I can't recommend him enough.
Very smooth process from locking in rate to settlement.
