I made contact with Brian on May 18 about a refinance and we closed in less than 30 days. He gave me accurate figures from day one, processed my documents efficiently, and had my file to the processor and underwriters in no time!

I had a most amazing home refi experience with Sharon Chong at Watermark. I was not so sure of Sharon because there were not many reviews of her online. However, she was by far, the most kind and knowledgeable Loan Officer I have ever experienced.
