Monica was easy to work with, super responsive, and communicated well during my re-fi loan. Would definitely use Watermark again and working with Monica.
Worked with Monica Reyes who did a great job throughout. We've financed or refinanced homes about 20 times and this was one of the best experiences, if not the best.

Excellent website at Watermark has a step-by-step process that keeps you informed of where your application is at all times. Her (and her associates) kept me informed throughout the process. Very happy with the service she provided!
Had no issues with this lender. Everything was fast and professional! I liked the way I provided documents by downloading them and answered questions online. Easy to pass the whole process.
I made contact with Brian on May 18 about a refinance and we closed in less than 30 days. He gave me accurate figures from day one, processed my documents efficiently, and had my file to the processor and underwriters in no time!
