I had a most amazing home refi experience with Sharon Chong at Watermark. I was not so sure of Sharon because there were not many reviews of her online. However, she was by far, the most kind and knowledgeable Loan Officer I have ever experienced. We just finished a refinance with Watermark Home Loans and Moses Herrera was great. Their initial offer was significantly lower than the offer I received from the company I originally started with and Moses was wonderful in helping me navigate switching companies. Even after the other company offered to "match" the terms, Watermark and Moses were still thousands lower. Moses was also very helpful any time I had questions and very prompt with responses.
Jason and his team were amazing! As first time home buyers, they walked us through the steps and were patient answering all our questions. We couldn't have been more happy working with them and would highly recommend them to everyone.
