We just finished a refinance with Watermark Home Loans and Moses Herrera was great. Their initial offer was significantly lower than the offer I received from the company I originally started with and Moses was wonderful in helping me navigate switching companies. Even after the other company offered to "match" the terms, Watermark and Moses were still thousands lower. Moses was also very helpful any time I had questions and very prompt with responses.
Jason and his team were amazing! As first time home buyers, they walked us through the steps and were patient answering all our questions. We couldn't have been more happy working with them and would highly recommend them to everyone.
Chevon was easy to work with and the rates she quoted were the same I saw online. No hidden surprises, no pressure tactics all above board. Would highly recommend.
