Wil and Shamarie were good! Definitely recommend. They gave me very competitive rates. Had to do some back and forth, but they were patient. They are slammed, so I know it’s difficult for them. When we had an issue, they resolved it quite quickly. Keep in contact with them. He handled 2 refinances for my family and my home purchase!

Very pleased with my broker, processor, lender and my final loan. I was quoted 45 days and we closed under 25 days... this was possible because I was overly prepared and they were on top of my file. They would respond after hours, even when I never expected a response util morning. Travis handle my detail orientated style well and his processor Kimberly keep the file moving at a great and organized pace. I was able to get a refinance loan for a condo from Moses Herrera at Watermark at a lower interest rate than any other lender. The application process was very simple and the lender worked with me through issues with my application (HOA Deliquencies). The online payment portal has a nice UI and is easy to use. I would recommend Watermark to others looking for a home loan.
Chevon is very knowledgeable loan officer. She is always available to answer questions and help from initiation to close. Chevon always followed up on open items and patiently responded to any questions I may ask repeatedly. I have been with Watermark for a while now and this was a great experience. Jody was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had originally worked with a different lender and I was about to close on my refinance but ran into last minute issues because the lack of oversight. This was our second time around using Watermark for our refinance and once again we received exceptional customer service from everyone we worked with beginning to end. Dyllon was especially awesome, he was polite, courteous and professional and walked us through the process every step of the way so we felt at ease and informed through the entire process!
