As a first time home buyer shopping for a first home was a lil scary, especially being the first in my family to try and buy a house. Jason Harmon made it super easy for me and my wife to feel comfortable going through the buying process. He's very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you might have. He's also honest, has a good attitude and super friendly. If you're looking for a lender Jason Harmon is your man.
Very pleased with my broker, processor, lender and my final loan. I was quoted 45 days and we closed under 25 days... this was possible because we were prepared and they were on top of my file. They would respond after hours, even when I never expected a response until morning. This was without question the smoothest closing I have ever had by far with a mortgage company. I attribute that in large part to Thomas Cross. He contacted my immediately upon receiving my request for a quote and explained exactly how the process would work moving forward from that point. I had a fabulous experience working with Dyllon and I’ll be highly recommending him to anyone I know who needs a mortgage or a refinance. I wanted to take advantage of the rates that were dropping at the end of 2020 so I started looking online for options. Wil and Shamarie were good! Definitely recommend. They gave me very competitive rates. Had to do some back and forth, but they were patient. They are slammed, so I know it’s difficult for them. When we had an issue, they resolved it quite quickly. Keep in contact with them. He handled 2 refinances for my family and my home purchase!

I was able to get a refinance loan for a condo from Moses Herrera at Watermark at a lower interest rate than any other lender. The application process was very simple and the lender worked with me through issues with my application (HOA Deliquencies). The online payment portal has a nice UI and is easy to use. I would recommend Watermark to others looking for a home loan.
Jody was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had originally worked with a different lender and I was about to close on my refinance but ran into last minute issues because the lack of oversight.
