When I was shopping for rates and closing costs for my refinance by picking the LOWEST rate and closing costs on the internet. Now, one might think to themselves.. if I pick the absolute lowest rates and closing costs, they just GOING to have to add extra fees on top of what ever quote they're offering or how are they going to make any money?!
