When I was shopping for rates and closing costs for my refinance by picking the LOWEST rate and closing costs on the internet. Now, one might think to themselves.. if I pick the absolute lowest rates and closing costs, they just GOING to have to add extra fees on top of what ever quote they're offering or how are they going to make any money?! I refinanced my home in November of 2020. Alex made the whole process easy. When I had any questions, he was quick to return my calls or emails. He was direct and forward to all my questions. Very helpful answering all of my questions. Always responded promptly! I am sure that I annoyed him with my constant emails but he was always courteous and knowledge. I prefer to communicate through email and Ryan was totally ok with that!
Chevon helped us to decide which refinance term/rate would work best for us. Her communication throughout the refinance process was perfect. My closing costs, interest rate and mortgage payment are all lower than I expected. When I have mortgage needs in the future, she will be the one I choose.
Alex was excellent, helped me monitor rate changes prior to locking, responded promptly via email even during very busy refinancing period in late 2020 when rates were so low. Alex even answered my phone call on a Saturday when the mobile notary was at my house and had a question about our loan paperwork.
Mr. Brent Czar at Watermark Home Loans is an amazing and honest person went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. He got us the lowest rate in the market with no closing cost to refinance our home loan. Everything was delivered as promise.
