Chevon is very knowledgeable loan officer. She is always available to answer questions and help from initiation to close. Chevon always followed up on open items and patiently responded to any questions I may ask repeatedly. I have been with Watermark for a while now and this was a great experience. This was our second time around using Watermark for our refinance and once again we received exceptional customer service from everyone we worked with beginning to end. Dyllon was especially awesome, he was polite, courteous and professional and walked us through the process every step of the way so we felt at ease and informed through the entire process! Thomas was great to work with. As busy as he was with all of the refinancings happening he was always available and on top of things. Jason did a great job helping us refinance our home. To start, he was able to get a great rate for our refi. I initially wanted to do two simultaneous refis (principal and rental property), but Michael said that Watermark has a rule that only one refi can be done at a time (he did try to see if an exception could be made though). I chose to do a 15 YF refi on my main home first (in Sept 2020), and looked for competitive 10 YF refi quotes for the rental. However, no one could touch the rate/pricing combo that Michael quoted on the rental (one lender said he didn't know how Watermark could make money on what they were quoting). So I ... read more
It was very nice working with Chevon. When you have a question, she answers or calls back within minutes ( whether email or phone call). The whole process was stress free and quick (we closed in 2 weeks). I will definitely recommend her to family and friends. Keep up the good work!
I just completed my home refi with WaterMark Home Loans. The experience was the best and with the quickest turn-around time of all the refinances I’ve done.
