Thomas was great to work with. As busy as he was with all of the refinancings happening he was always available and on top of things. I would highly recommend Watermark Home Loans, this is my 2nd time working with them, and can't say enough good things about the process. Again, Thomas is the one you want to work with.
Jason did a great job helping us refinance our home. To start, he was able to get a great rate for our refi. Jason walked us though the whole process so we always knew the status of where things were, and he was happy to take the time to explain things when we had questions. I initially wanted to do two simultaneous refis (principal and rental property), but Michael said that Watermark has a rule that only one refi can be done at a time (he did try to see if an exception could be made though). I chose to do a 15 YF refi on my main home first (in Sept 2020), and looked for competitive 10 YF refi quotes for the rental. It was very nice working with Chevon. When you have a question, she answers or calls back within minutes ( whether email or phone call). The whole process was stress free and quick (we closed in 2 weeks). I will definitely recommend her to family and friends. Keep up the good work!
I just completed my home refi with WaterMark Home Loans. The experience was the best and with the quickest turn-around time of all the refinances I’ve done. Mark Hoagland and his team were in constant communication with me, providing updates throughout the process. I have to admit, I was hesitant with doing a purely “online” transaction, but Mark and his team eased all my apprehension. This is the second refi we have done with Wilson. Both were 15 year loans and everything went as promised by Wilson. Everything was professional, extremely streamlined with DocuSign and filling all the docs out online. We have referred friends to Wilson and they are all very satisfied with their new loans and the work Wilson did.

We were so pleased that we did choose Jody. She was extremely knowledgeable, prompt in answering any questions we had via email or phone, and got us a good rate. It was a pleasure working with Jody and the Watermark on-line application process is surprisingly simple.
We worked with Dyllon Bobo of Watermark to refinance our home. His communication was amazing, he was super easy to work with, and he explained everything in easy to understand terms. He was great at following up at just the right times. Everything was done over the phone and online, perfect for covid times and working parents!
