I had a great experience with Alex and everyone at Watermark. We finally began the refi process with Watermark after shopping around for about 6 months. Watermark offered the best rate and lowest costs that we had found. Alex was great every step of the way. The entire process was very smooth and everything closed on time.
We had a great experience working with Alex on our refinance. He immediately provided us two great options and we were able to lock our rate the next day. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The processing team was also very organized and promptly responded to all emails. We would highly recommend Alex and the Watermark team!
Travis quickly responded to my emails and didn't re-ask for things. Most efficient processor I have ever dealt with. My previous experience with them was great as well. Also, their fees were much lower than the competition.
