Dyllon was great! He was easy to work with and he was clear and straightforward in every conversation. He is not a fast talker- he is real and his explanations are concise and clear. Not to mention his rates were the best. I would recommend Dyllon in a heartbeat to all my friends and family.

Ryan was very helpful in getting as the interest rate that was promised and to keep us updated every step of the way of any potential issues. It was good to be able to sign all the documents online in an easy document portal. As this being a no point/no fee loan, it was good to see all the closing costs covered as promised. It was also wonderful for him to have the Notary come to us without any additional charges instead of having to go to a bank to have the final loan documents notarized. I found Alex Perez online and he immediately provided me with an impressive mortgage rate, which was way lower than my local mortgage brokers' offers. He also quickly got me two options for my mortgage refinance and honestly told me which is better to choose. Watermark mortgage people are also very nice and easy to work with, they are very efficient and nice. I have not had any difficulties or hassles to complete the refinance. This was my second refinance experience with Mr. Moses Herrera at Watermark Home Loans. The second was just as fantastic as the first! The rates here are the lowest around which is why I moved forward with a second refinance. Mr. Herrera is an experienced and patient Loan Officer who takes the time to make sure his clients understand the refinance process. He continues to be responsive and takes the time to answer all your questions. I would absolutely work with him and Watermark Home Loans a third time!

The service was prompt and personable. My concerns were addressed and questions answered. I received a good interest rate. However, the necessity to have to write 150 is a little ridiculous.
