With rates getting lower and lower, we used Jason again for a refi about a year after using him for our initial purchase. He made everything smooth as could be for us, even went the extra mile to get a second appraisal in as we tried to get our home value high enough to lose the PMI we had. He looked for all angles to help us and give us the best mortgage possible. We're lifelong clients, that's for sure.

I used Wilson and Watermark to refinance an investment property in February 2021. It was a great rate (from 4.8% to 3.8%). Rates continued to decrease and I was investigating a refi on my personal property. I emailed Wilson and he not only took my primary residence from 3.3% to 2.3% but he recommended I refinance my investment property again. I was able to get 2.8%. And he used a lot of my existing information. It was so easy and fast!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Alex on my refinancing my mortgage. I got a call less than 10 minutes after submitting my application, and Alex delivered on a great rate. I knew as soon as I first spoke with Pete that he knew what he was talking about which can only come from an intelligent, experienced lender. My situation was not cookie cutter but after talking through everything, he assured me that we could get this done with little or no issue.
