Called Philippe Mouradian with Watermark to discuss refinance of two homes. Began application process right away and Mr. Mouradian was involved from start to funding. We received approval for best mortgage loans terms I have ever received. Thanks to Watermark, Watermark staff and Philippe Mouradian for the great product and service provided us. Recommend highly Mr. Mouradian.
We used Philippe Mouradian of Watermark for our refinance. He offered us a rate 0.4 percent lower than our current lender. I kept waiting for the "catch", but it never came. Philippe was completely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He tells you what's happening, what he's going to do, and then he delivers. The hardest part of the process was signing all the documents for the notary!
I think Alex did a great job! I liked the online portal to upload and organize documents for the mortgage refinance we did. There are always lots of paperwork involved on a refinance so the portal made it easy and fast. Alex and his team went above and beyond in helping us with our refinance. No surprises and quick responses to calls and emails. Great service. I would highly recommend Alex and his team to my friends and family!
My loan officer philippe Mouradian has an excellent knowlege in the area. He is an honest and up to his words man through out the process. I have got a very good interest rate and philippe was always there for any of my questions. Though the company and my loan officer are in California and I live in Tennessee, distance was not a barrier at all to smoothley finish the process in a short period of time.

Ryan offered a low cost estimate right out of the gate blowing away competing lenders. Once the completed application and documents were in Ryan did not just deliver on the estimate that was promised but got me an even better deal. The initial estimate provided was in line with closing estimate and we were able to close within 45 days which during this current environment is exceptional. I would highly recommend Ryan.
I have refinanced both my residence and income properties previously and the three refinances I did with Philippe were the easiest, most straightforward, fastest, least hassle refinances ever. Philippe delivers what he promises and there are no last minute "surprises"!
