Ryan helped me every step of the way and nearly immediately answered my questions. He gave me his mobile number and of course email and answered either when I needed guidance. He was also able to let me know how the loan application was proceeding...until the very end.
Just finished my second refinance with Wilson. For the first one, I shopped around quite a bit on rate.
