Wilson helped me with 3 refinances in 2020. He and his team made it easy to take advantage of low interest rates. Setting up mortgage loans in the past has been extremely difficult. Wilson Rodriguez is not like other agents. He knows how his clients feel about their properties. He knows what people need to achieve their business goals!

Worked with Moses Herrera on my re-fi, this was the smoothest loan/re-fi I have ever dealt with. No hiccups, speed bumps, do overs etc. everything was and did as Moses stated. Very impressed
I was working with a different loan officer and my loan process was dragging for around 10 weeks with no improvement. Finally the loan officer was changed to Phillipe and in the next 10 days my loan was closed. He did a miracle. Completely satisfied and he was very polite too.
How many times can we say how grateful we are for Jody Canfield. Jody worked on refinance for us but due to the size of the loan, a refinance was not possible at the time. She came back a month later and said she thought she might have a plan B. How she even had time for a Plan B with loan applications towering over her, I will never now. Not being from the area, I asked around for suggestions for a loan provider. Paul’s name was one of several I reached out to and he was the first one to respond. He earned my trust when he didn’t try to tell me I could afford more house. He listened to my plan and what I wanted, and worked to meet my wishes. He asked great questions and got a better rate than I initially expected. Highly recommend.
Philippe was extremely helpful and very polite in getting me the best rest rate to purchase my second rental property. I got a very good rate because of him. Five months ago Philippe helped me to refinance my other rental property. He is the best and will call him again sometime next year for the next purchase!!

Jody Canfield helped us refinance our mortgage twice - once to get a great rate, and then again to bring down the rate from their own company, Watermark. Typically you have to switch to a different lender in order to improve your rate, but they advertised that they would do this if rates dropped and held true to their word. Making sure to test the market, I found the best available rate and presented it to Jody, which she was able to improve upon.
