I worked closely with Ron Trejo through my closing process. Both were professional, supporting and were able to provide the best rate (shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with them). Unlike other companies I have worked with Ron (who was the originating officer) stayed with me through the whole process and was quick to resolver any hiccups that came up. Nick is great at keeping everything moving along by answering questions & following through with what he said he’ll do. Didn’t matter if it was on a weekend or not, the guy was always available.
