Quick to respond with questions, timely closing, and best rate I've seen two times in a row in the past two years on two separate mortgages. Rob Kromberg in particular was also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
I had a few challenges because I work for a foreign government so my application did not fit the usual mold wrt required documents. Philippe worked with me to get the equivalent documents. He was also very responsive in providing pre aproval letters etc... He was very patient and explained the process making the experience a lot less stressful.

Super ecstatic about my refinance. Cathy Dragna, once again, took such great care of me and my fiancé in helping us with our mortgage, but this time with refinancing our home.
