You don't often associate the loan process as simple but Rob and team have the process down and made our loan a smooth process (albeit only a few hickups out of their control). I would highly recommend Watermark and Rob Kromberg for your loan needs.
Searched high and low for the best rate and lowest fees. Found Watermark through bankrate and was contacted by Brock Hicks, from day 1 he was transparent and responsive. I feel I got the best deal possible on my refinance paying only the lowest fees. The process was funded within the 30 day lock period. Got my cash out I needed and would do business again with WaterMark. Thank you Brock.
