I worked closely with Ron Trejo through my closing process. Both were professional, supporting and were able to provide the best rate (shopped around quite a bit before deciding to go with them). Unlike other companies I have worked with Ron (who was the originating officer) stayed with me through the whole process and was quick to resolver any hiccups that came up. Nick is great at keeping everything moving along by answering questions & following through with what he said he’ll do. Didn’t matter if it was on a weekend or not, the guy was always available. The service Jesse provided throughout our entire home loan process was beyond expectations. He really takes the time to ensure a personable experience with his clients by learning about them on a personal level and assisting them when they need additional education on the process. This company is generally responsive and has good rates. Their turn around time for our refi was reasonably fast. Communication was good during the entire process. However, after the loan closed and we had questions they did not seem interested in communicating with us further. They were done with us and ignored emails after the fact. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
Brock was terrific. He was extremely reachable and he got us the best rates and provided multiple options (15yr,20yr etc..) based on our needs. It was very smooth process working with Brock. We will surely work with him for any of our future realestate needs. I highly recommend Brock Hicks

We highly recommend Watermark Home Loans and Jesse Somberg! Bankrate directed us to Watermark when we were looking to refinance. Their rates were by far the best compared to all others! We locked in a great interest rate, and are actually still in shock that it is so low. The process went so smooth with a company we had 0% prior knowledge of!
