To be 100% honest, I was really worried about the lending process when we sold our home last year. Justin made all of the fear go away! When I first reached out inquiring about refinancing my home I called around and came across Jesse Somberg. Not only did he beat out every other offer, he was the most personable. I later reached out to him when I purchased my next home. The rates he offered me were much lower than what I was being offered locally. Jesse can get you the best rate while providing the best customer experience. I have bought three homes and refinanced twice, I won’t use anyone else.

We were doing a 1031 exchange, buying out of state. Watermark was almost a full point under any other lender, which made me leery instead of confidant. I read reviews and the amount of paperwork was about the only negative, so I gave it try. I recently completed my refinance of my existing home with Brock R. I recently obtained a home equity loan from Watermark and it was truly an easy, great experience. Our banker was Philippe Mouradian and he was fantastic! He was so responsive and knowledgeable and was able to move along our process smoothly and quickly! Importantly, he was also so friendly and positive! He made the experience enjoyable! He was also able to beat all other rates I had checked. I highly recommend Watermark and especially Philippe Mouradian.

I've used Regan and his team for over 10 years now - across 3 home purchases and 1 refinance. He came highly recommended from a good friend of ours, and we won't go to anyone else for our mortgages. His hard work, dedication and knowledge in this industry is exceptional. He helped us through all of our house-buying decisions, and really was the stable rock through some difficult escrows. We appreciate everything he's done for us thus far, and will continue using him and his team as we buy new properties.

I've purchased or refinanced at least a dozen mortgages before and this was by far the smoothest process I've experienced. Jesse even helped me avoid paying the appraisal fee on my no cost refi. Usually I'm the one contacting the mortgage officer, but Jesse and his team were always keeping me apprised of where we were at in the process.

I researched these guys on the Internet. They had very high ratings and after deciding to go with them on my new mortgage loan, I now know why. They are fantastic to work with and Jesse, Maribel and others were the consummate professionals. I highly recommend Jesse and Watermarks.
