I highly recommend Senior Mortgage Banker, Brock Hicks! He knows the entire process from beginning to end and therefore was able to work with me to come up with options that would ultimately get me the loan I wanted. He answered all my questions, which were many, and gently nudged me along when necessary. I would and will recommend him to anyone that is looking for a home loan or a re-fi loan!

Brock Hicks and the team at Watermark made the Refi process completely painless. Wholeheartedly recommend them and would use them again. Felt really lucky to have Brock guide me through the process - he spent an enormous amount of time with me; we was always available for any question or concern I had. To be 100% honest, I was really worried about the lending process when we sold our home last year. Justin made all of the fear go away! He was responsive, attentive, present, and most importantly assured us throughout the whole process that he was working in our best interest! When I first reached out inquiring about refinancing my home I called around and came across Jesse Somberg. Not only did he beat out every other offer, he was the most personable. I later reached out to him when I purchased my next home. The rates he offered me were much lower than what I was being offered locally. Jesse can get you the best rate while providing the best customer experience. I have bought three homes and refinanced twice, I won’t use anyone else.

We were doing a 1031 exchange, buying out of state. Watermark was almost a full point under any other lender, which made me leery instead of confidant. I read reviews and the amount of paperwork was about the only negative, so I gave it try. I was amazed that virtually every phone call I made was answered by Rob himself in a ring or two, every email was quickly responded to, as well as informational messages to me without my own prompting. I recently completed my refinance of my existing home with Brock R. I recently obtained a home equity loan from Watermark and it was truly an easy, great experience. Our banker was Philippe Mouradian and he was fantastic! He was so responsive and knowledgeable and was able to move along our process smoothly and quickly! Importantly, he was also so friendly and positive! He made the experience enjoyable! He was also able to beat all other rates I had checked. I highly recommend Watermark and especially Philippe Mouradian.
