Nathan is very professional and puts one in the comfort zone whether on phone or in person. Does not hesitate to take the time to answer any questions one may have about the processes. Always prompt with the answers to any questions. As we were under an aggressive closing date Nathan and his assistants did everything to assist in making it happen. Nathan and his team work tirelessly to make dreams happen! I've used them to purchase 3 homes within 5 years and they always get it done, at a great rate, and reasonable closing costs. Communication is top notch and Nathan has personally called me from his cell on vacation to meet timelines. Thank you isn't enough! The thing I loved about Nathan was his willingness to answer as many questions as I threw at him. His knowledge of the market and interest fluctuation was just what we needed. Working with Nathan and Waterstone was a breeze. We recently completed a home refinance with a major, national mortgage company and that process took much longer, and was much less efficient than working with Nathan. He was well organized and kept us moving along. We did not have to repeatedly turn in the same documents over and over and because we moved through the process quickly we didn’t have to continually turn in newer documents.

We just closed on our re-fi. Nathan and his Team of experts made it such an easy process. He presented options for us and he let us know when the interest rate was at its lowest allowing us to lock in to a FANTASTIC rate! We couldn't be happier!
