Seth was very helpful - and always timely in his responses. Finding my house took 16 offers over 19 mos - Seth hung in the entire time. He also guided me on how to get the best interest rate. I definitely recommend him and Waterstone.

Can’t believe they’re able to pull off 5 loans for us within a year! What a great team to work with. They really try their best to help you in any way they can. They’ll make it happen! This is my second mortgage with Seth. I was hacked in my closing process with the title company and Seth advised where to start, who to contact and keep in touch every step of the way. I was able to recoup my funds and Seth got me closed the same day, He is spectacular, you are in great hands with him!!!
This is my 4th mortgage with Seth and I wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. Seth and his whole team operate at the highest ethical standards and they work very hard to keep things as simple as possible for me. He never over promises. When he says he can do something, he does it. This is the first online review I’ve ever written and I only wrote this one because I don’t know of any other way to tell the world that if you need a mortgage, Seth really is the absolute best!
Mary Catherine and Waterstone provided a seamless financing experience for a second home in the St Pete area. Initial consultation was very helpful in selecting the most appropriate mortgage product given fast-changing regulations. Rate selection was also well-managed in a volatile interest rate environment. And finally, the remote closing process was efficient and convenient given we are based in a different state than our second home.
