I am a return customer for a reason. Joe and his team are outstanding. They are in constant communication, answer questions immediately, and seem to really care about their clients. When there was a hiccup during the closing (title company error) and it looked like the process might be delayed, Joe stepped in to help resolve the situation and we ended up closing on time. Now that's customer service!
