I highly recommend. A very easy refinance, went very easily and quickly. Joe and the Waterstone team very professional and extremely great to work with. Always answered my questions in a very timely matter. In all honesty, i have never seen anything done at a 110%.

Joe was amazing! He really took the time to get to know me and found the best out there for me. Joe and his team worked day and night to make sure they were getting not only the best deal but also making sure everything got approved in the time given. They were also available for me at all hours to answer any questions or concerns I had since I was a first time home buyer. They made the experience a great one!

This is the third home I have purchased with Joe. He and his team provide outstanding service, responsiveness and communication. The realtors I have worked with on each purchase have commented how impressed they are with his team as well. I won't even consider working with someone else next time I purchase or refinance a home.

Joe and Kayla are great. They are very good at communicating. They are very responsive and always give you multiple options. When we hit a road block on our home ownership quest. Joe was able to figure out a way to mKe it work. He explains the process in detail from start to finish. Great Team to work with.
