We had a great experience working with Joe and Kayla. They are a great team. Joe sat down with my husband and I before we decided to purchase a home. He is very knowledgeable and is welling to go above and beyond for his clients. They made sure the process went smoothly and all of our questions and concern were addressed in a timely manner. I am a return customer for a reason. Joe and his team are outstanding. They are in constant communication, answer questions immediately, and seem to really care about their clients. When there was a hiccup during the closing (title company error) and it looked like the process might be delayed, Joe stepped in to help resolve the situation and we ended up closing on time. Now that's customer service!

My husband and I were first time homebuyers. Therefore, we had a ton of questions.
