We ordered 2 new Recliners 3 months ago after our current WCC recliners fell apart and were still under warranty. One month ago, I was told it would be placed on the October 17th truck and should arrive by October 20th. I called 3 times in the last 2 days with no return call and finally got someone on the phone that told me that there is currently no estimated time of arrival on our chairs. 🤨 Update: I wish I could change the initial recommendation because we did get things worked out and I understand manufacturing issues ... read more

After inquiring with the staff, when you called back, it had been less than 24 hours since we received the call. The person who is handling your claim was off. If you would have selected the exact same recliner, we would have had it for you, however your reselection, which was a courtesy that we extended to you, is delayed because of manufacturing issues happening across the country. Again, we are trying to help you as much as we can. We have lots of recliners in stock as of right now, if you would like to reselect.
The service and the detailed explanation for questions we had. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. Went for one item and left with that one item plus. Great shopping experience.

I ordered couches from here back in May. I understand that warehouses were backed up due to COVID. I finally got “my” furniture in this past Friday and they were black - I ordered beige. So now I have to wait until the end of August to at least even have them in stock. I spoke to the sales manager, Chad - who informed me that people make mistakes and put the order in wrong. I've called and left a message 3 times and no one has returned my call. I purchased from them a few years ago and wanted to update my sectional. Since no one will call me I'll have to purchase from somewhere else.

Was looking forward to visiting but was very disappointed. My salesman was no help. He was extremely dull and I had to drag everything out of him. We purchased a sofa set and a week later the metal on the part that reclines started eating away at the wood so they sent me a whole new sofa. 2 weeks later the new sofa started to do the same thing. They are only wanting to change the metal part instead of replacing the whole sofa which is not sturdy enough due to the eaten away wood! The technician will not come out or call until he get thru is stack of paperwork which only shows this company is getting a lot of service calls about broken furniture.
