If you choose to buy a vehicle ask for someone other than Roberto, he has a heavy accent and has no customer service what's so ever. We went in prepared to pay the full amount in cash, he ignored us for about 45 min, gave us false information, and had absolutely no customer service skills when we were starting to get bothered by the outrageous wait time. We have been part of the WCG family for a long time but this was the second, and the last time, that I took my car to the service dept for a one day fix that ended up taking 3 days...with the same excuse.."The wrong part got delivered and now we have to wait until tomorrow for the right part to arrive."
