Have been to 2 different well now locations in the past 5 months. They have always been organized, helpful and wait times were reasonable for the current situation. Today there was zero wait time!

The staff at this location is friendly and professional! This location is always fast even when it is busy and it is always clean. They are the best urgent care in the area! I am always happy with the care I receive and I recommend them to anyone I know.

I had a pleasant experience here. I was seen quickly and I was out just as quick. Much more convenient than any other urgent care I've been to, the staff was pleasant and helpful as well.

Great service, in and out without a problem! Son had a fever of 103, and complained of dizziness. They checked him out to make sure nothing serious and sent us home

Strongly recommend - No waiting for hours. No hassle of triage and wait - was taken directly back to a room - assessed and was seen by NP rather quickly - Without telling them I was a Registered Nurse I was treated professionally, accurately as well and promptly. My laceration was cleansed, explored and repaired. - This has been the norm for all our visits here. Very happy with them. I will never go to another urgent care again. You don't have to wait hour's to be seen and you are in and out. Their staff is very knowledgeable and good bedside manners. They take time to actually figure out what's wrong. Never had an issue, will definitely go back if I need to.

This urgent care does a great job! We were visiting the area from out of town, and my 2-year old daughter had the misfortune of falling in our hotel and splitting her forehead open. We were dreading a visit to an ER to get her stitches. Lucky for us, this place was 5 minutes from our hotel and the yelp reviews seemed mostly good. They did not let us down. I brought my daughter there the other day and what a wonderful facility they have. We were greeted by friendly staff members, our information was taken and we were brought right in - didn't even step into the waiting area. The personnel we dealt with were friendly and caring and seemed to truly care about my daughter's well-being. I just received a follow up call to check on her also. Great place. I will highly recommend people to go there instead of North Medical.

I can't say enough positive things. I had to bring my, very dramatic, six year old to 5 star when she cut her hand at school and they thought she may need stitches. We did not wait long at all, and everyone from reception to the staff we were seen by, were very friendly and understanding. About a week later, out of the blue, i received a follow up letter apologizing for the wait (it really wasnt that long!!) And a $10 Panera giftcard. How cool is that??
