This place is a clown show. First, their AI robot could not process my question. The first time the robot passed me off to customer service I got a busy signal. I hung up and called back. The second time the phone rang for TEN MINUTES STRAIGHT before I hung up. Whomever is running this joint is an incompetent fool. I have to go there though, because my new employer uses them for PEP. Yay
The receptionist canceled my appointment without contacting me. The attitude they have towards patients is absolutely unacceptable. I would hope their boss is aware of their poor care.
Why is the receptionist the one responsible for cleaning room? This place is brand new and very understaffed. Way too long of a wait and disorganized.
Just told it would be 45- 60 minutes, 2 hours later of seeing people with appointments walk in they tell me all appointments go before me -why didn't they tell me that ahead of time? They are not enforcing mask rule in waiting room so guy without mask coughing all over. Would not recommend Auburn Facility at all! I can't take away the one star here or I would
This the worst I've experienced. I'm from California and visiting with a sick daughter. I thought LA was bad but you are the worst. Virtual assistant is lame. Can't schedule an appointment nor speak to anyone. Seriously i know what tax payers pay here which is partly why I left. And here you have a care station. That is virtually impossible to schedule an appointment for. Or speak to anyone Pathetic.
Poor healthcare, poor service. Stay away.
if 0was a choice that would be it Cicero ny location waited 3 hours went in to get my co pay back never took me off the list got a txt they were ready for me when I got home turns out "appts" get seen first! of course but then you are NOT AN URGENT CARE sb first come first seen NEVER AGAIN if you take appts then you are a doctors office!! worst!

Been ringing there line for 45 minutes now. All I want to do is ask why my daughters information does not show up on their web portal. Sounds like a simple enough question if you could only get someone to answer the phone. Also there website Ana virtual assistant Amelia is useless all she does send you around in circles
it's ridiculous to have to wait 2 hours if I there was a spot for 0 stars that would be my first choice,overall absolutely terrible service I don't not recommend comming here,
