Such a quick experience! Any other urgent cares I have been to, I sit for at least an hour before I see anyone. My whole experience was about 10 minutes. Very well kept place. I like that they have water and tea available, not just a gross drinking fountain. My mom is a nurse so I know what medicines I needed for my diagnosis and they gave me just that! Would definitely go back.

This urgent care does a great job! We were visiting the area from out of town, and my 2-year old daughter had the misfortune of falling in our hotel and splitting her forehead open. We were dreading a visit to an ER to get her stitches. Lucky for us, this place was 5 minutes from our hotel and the yelp reviews seemed mostly good. They did not let us down. I brought my daughter there the other day and what a wonderful facility they have. We were greeted by friendly staff members, our information was taken and we were brought right in - didn't even step into the waiting area. The personnel we dealt with were friendly and caring and seemed to truly care about my daughter's well-being. I just received a follow up call to check on her also. Great place. I will highly recommend people to go there instead of North Medical.

I can't say enough positive things. I had to bring my, very dramatic, six year old to 5 star when she cut her hand at school and they thought she may need stitches. We did not wait long at all, and everyone from reception to the staff we were seen by, were very friendly and understanding. About a week later, out of the blue, i received a follow up letter apologizing for the wait (it really wasnt that long!!) And a $10 Panera giftcard. How cool is that??

I just got back from here and I have to say it was the best experience I've had at any urgent care facility. The guys at reception were really nice. I didn't catch one of the guy's name, but he sincerely cared about the people he was talking to. There was no wait- I barely even sat down before they called my name. They are on top of their technology too. One thing I really liked was that the doctor had someone else come in the room with him to write notes (instead of the doctor doing it himself). Five Star is Phenomenal!! Went last yr on new years eve. Finacee had a kidney stone. Doctor and nurses were fantastic. Very professional and courteous!! I highly recommend coming here instead of North Med!!

Horrendous experience; don't go here if you can help it. After my issues with the staff and being told my issue couldn't be resolved (or most likely wouldn't is the correct word here, as the reasons for why they "couldn't" were factually incorrect), I was asked to give them my phone number so that their boss could call me, and he never did. Very frustrating and scam feeling.

Been here over 2 hrs, seen by PA finally who said need stitches. Sitting in room, waiting and waiting only to be told they are busy. Well you were not when we came in and you have been seeing patients that have checked in after us. Still waiting for someone to clean the wound before it can sutured.

My partner went here for a simple thumb injury. He checked in and sat in a room waiting for an hour and a half to be seen. He finally had to say something to a staff member who then relayed the information that the front desk girl never even checked him in. So no other staff knew he was waiting in the room. Meanwhile the desk girl is outside of the building on her phone sweeping the sidewalk with absolutely nothing on it.
