Gave them a second chance went there because I fell hurt my back and neck gave them my insurance card wait 20 minutes oh we can't get it to go through most incompetent business give them a 0 stars

I needed an X Ray for an injury. When I walked in to the front Desk the receptionist was helpful. I had a script for the X Ray and was told by the Doctor to go to St. Joseph's imaging because they could do it at a cheaper cost and was sure that they were open. It's Saturday by the way. I knew the Doctor was just trying to shuffle me out so I practiced my due diligence and called . of course they were closed so back inside to sign back in. On October 7th I went to well now in Cicero on route 11 they rushed me through spent 10 minutes with me gave me medicine and said I had a cute bronchitis it's now November 3rd and I'm still sick as hell so they robbed me for $165 plus my insurance and I'm no better. If you want help you need to go to a real doctor

Doctor did not have any care to look deeper into my issue was misdiagnosed because they could care less(Staff is fine). Avoid if you can

I'd leave zero if I could have gone here twice now. Took 3 hours when it wasn't busy. Second time tried to make an appointment online 4 times, all 4 times wouldn't work. They don't answer the phone and when I get in it's as if they're moving at a snail pace. To make it worse the only two girls there are complaining about how "nobody gonna be here cuz I'm out at noon" as they have us waiting in line. Can't emphasize how poor the customer service is here

Money is their sole concern. I spent 15 minutes filling out electronic forms, only to be told that I needed to pay them $50.00 before I saw anyone. I have NEVER been treated as poorly, and I would advise others to avoid these unprofessional scammers
I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours for a fit test. They called me back and then we're unaware it was a fit test (which I told the front desk and handed her my epassport) and then she disappeared for another 5-10 mins and came back to say the nurse who does fit testing wasn't there and i could go to the other location in 57 which is roughly 15 mins away. I wish they would have better communication so I didn't waste over two hours for literally nothing! Very disappointed.

Male doctor was super condescending and rude. Especially after a 2 hour wait , treated me as if it was my fault i wasn't getting better on my own. Definitely would recommended going somewhere else!
I went to well now 2xs in 1 month, first for severe sore throat, earache, ect I had been sick 2 weeks before going, so not the flu, but they say It's VIRAL,,,ok. Went back today for a sore in my throat, can't eat, or drink, ir even swallow,,,,you guessed it they say It's VIRAL. on top of it all they look at you like your crazy or stupid if ypu say you need an antibiotic.
