This definitely was NOT my best choice, if I had a do over I would go to the 5 Star in Liverpool, NY. The front end staff in Cicero is very nice, however the NP treating you definitely has an ego. I think he believes patients don't have a brain. Not to mention I pay them to provide a service, and I expect to be treated as such. There are times that people in the medical field forget that with out patients they wouldn't have a job or career. I pay my insurance and Co pay not to get treated like an idiot! My husband got hurt On a job,his company sent the sent him there. The doctor looked at him ask him to move his arm as he hurt his shoulder. Couldn't take an x-ray the. Machine was broken ! sent him to therapy with no prescription for The pain. I would not recommend this place go to your own doctor .

If I could give this place ZERO stars then I would !! Brought a friend here close to closing time. Not realizing they closed at 8PM and as I Sar waiting for her , the nurses kept saying to lock the door so no one else comes in. And they were soooooo irritated that we came right before closing. It's Not called URGENT CARE for nothing ! My friend says that the nurse was rushing and they told Her she willl probably need a MRI but "it's up to her". Ridiculous!!! So RUDE!! I would never return here. They misdiagnosed me after I waited for 2 hours. I went to St. Joseph's and the doctor correctly guessed that I went to 5 Star just by the misdiagnosis. 5 star? More like 1 star.

Came here today with a family member and would have rather went to the ER. The lpn working had no idea what he was doing and went to get another lpn for help instead of an RN. I was not comfortable with the care we received and will never come here again. The facility is beautiful and gets 5 stars and they have great hospitality however I don't recommend it in terms of healthcare.

Worst urgent care ever. Took my wife there for severe flu symptoms. The female taking the flu culture had no idea what she was doing and caused my wife's nose to bleed heavily from inserting the culture swab in too far and obviously to hard. Then had no idea how to treat the nose bleed and called for the nurse practitioner. No doctor in the place. Three females in scrubs stood there and watched while I took care of the nose bleed and tried to clean my wife's face, hands, clothes, and the wall in the treatment room. Yes, it w... read more

I wound never go to this place again! I went in due to a fall the day after Christmas from a table bench. (Blonde) Bruised my left side pretty bad. The rib on by back was getting more painful. They did an X-ray and then the PA came with the bad news. She said I would not be present for my granddaughters birth, or watching my 3 yr old, as I had a broken rib, which I knew was most likely! I called five star because I was in severe pain. I had new insurance and didn't know if I should go to them (like my paperwork said) or go to the ER. They said come in, so I had my son drive me there. By the time I got there the pain was worse & they said I had to go to the ER. I could have saved an ambulance ride and had my son take me strait to the ER to begin with, but I had listened to Five Star.
