I was recently seen at the Orchard Park location for bronchitis and an ear and sinus infection. I checked in on- line so I did not have to wait long at all. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable but lacked common sense concerning my work ability. I explained that I work as an RN in a hospital but she thought 1 day off was adequate. I went there for an illness and yes they got me right in to see someone, however when I left and went to the pharmacy where they were supposed to send my meds, they never sent them over. I waited for a half hour to forty-five minutes after I let the pharmacist know I should be getting something. I ended up leaving without my meds. I was so sick, I didn't feel like waiting any longer. I needed a PPD for employment. My local well now urgent care in Jamestown New York didn't have any solution. I had to go out of town to have the PPD done. I stopped in and asked them to read it, they refused unless I paid them money. So because they are too incompetent to have the appropriate supplies I once again had to drive out of town. As a traveling nurse I have frequent drug tests, as well as vaccinations and physicals through Wellnow. Terrible customer service.
When you spend 20+ min (still in line) checking into urgent care (when you've been to the exact location before recently), they should change their name. They said i wasn't in the system, they just changed systems. Ummm. They did a terrible job (she didn't like that joke). Isn't the point of medical records, to have a record? So yeah. Screw this place. Ugh The wait continues.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I got two stitches in my hand a month ago and they billed my insurance double the cost for some sort of "surgical outpatient" as if I had to be intubated or some shit. Excuse me? next time tell me to my face what you're charging me for, not make my insurance come after me for some sort of mid payment! You guys are terrible!
My husband and I went to the well Now Urgent Care RT 11 Cicero, NY If you want to get well now think now before you become sick Now!!!! I seen four to five health professionals including The provider come in triage,vitals, exam and x-ray, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON WASHED THEIR HANDS OR USED A HAND SANTITIZER, Welcome to germ city. My husband went to Five Star Urgent Care in August. We just received the first and only bill from them on 12/13. On 12/15 -2 days after receiving the bill for the first time-we received a bill from a collection agency. We have excellent credit and an HSA set up to pay for medical expenses, but we were given no chance to even attempt to pay them as it seems they sent us the first bill and sent it to collections at the same time. Ridiculous. They don't have the capacity to treat anything. Went in with a fever and they sent me to the ER! Really???
ZERO STARS!!!! I am a nurse and brought my husband here for a medical skin condition emergency. The NP acted like it was her first day didnt want to listen to anything i had to say ( because you know i only live with him everyday and am a nurse so i dont know anything) cut open his head in the wrong area twice and sent him home with no pain medication!!!!! Also pre charged my credit card 25.00 dollars for "labs" which were never done and i still havent seen my suppose refund back and this was 2 weeks ago..Most horrible place... read more
