The WORST customer service! They did not swab me correctly for Covid, never told me, had to go back were promised ‘rushed results’ . Every person has a different story - some nice, some RUDE! I still don’t have my results and have a classroom waiting to hear if they should quarantine ! Nobody calls back when they text if you need anything! The most unprofessional place - I would NEVER recommend them !! Receptionist never sanitized after I used the pen to sign on the pad! Horrible
The service I received was good, that's not my problem. it's their billing. I was there in August and ended up being sent to ER. I had over $600 in medical bills for that day. I made monthly payments on all of them and just received a Final Notice 3 days after I made a payment. How rude especially for people during Covid-19 and more shutdowns. You'll get your last $40, but I will not be going back to you.
12/4/20- BAD COVID PRACTICES-went to get a script for a positive tick bite. Read the website- covid test people are to call for appt. I felt safe going. So I signed in and before I knew it there were 3 people that came in wanting a Covid test. I asked the front desk and I was told that they don’t enforce what’s on the website. There are no room separations nor plexiglass barriers between the staff and the person requesting the Covid test. Staff had masks but not professional masks so that I am concerned for them. If you are in Upstate/Western NY or Illinois, do NOT go to WellNow Urgent Care to get your Covid-19 testing! I went to the @well now urgent care in Batavia, NY and they are NOT following safety protocols: You have to go inside to check in, the number that they texted me information about my appointment on, when I tried to call it to let them know I arrived, it says "this number has been disconnected" - I would have preferred to call upon my arrival and waited in my car until they were ready to see me. I took my mother to the well now urgent care in Irondequoit New York Wednesday evening and the 2 receptionist looked clueless that’s what they were supposed to be doing and it was an hour and a half wait and no one can sit there and wait with a sick family member because of Covid they had to wait in the car which I understand but at least let one person wait with them ,however I declined and went to UR medicine urgent care in Greece and we were in and out within an hour and half and I’m glad I did go because my mother blood ... read more

So I tried to make an online appt right at 8 for a covid test in Oswego. They’re website said all their covid appts for today were booked (not sure how that happened in a matter of 30 seconds) but that I was WELCOME to walk in and just expect longer wait times. Okay fine. can't believe how rude the Oswego wellnow is I have tried two days in a row to get an appointment so I can return back to work and get yelled at n told shut the hell up and hung up on. I dont believe any staff member should talk to anyone like that. I have contacted the corporate off in regards to this. Tim or "sam" that works at the well now in Oswego is the rudest person I have ever talked to whos works in the medical field..

So I went to WellNow urgent care for a Covid test I’ve been calling multiple times to get my results which they constantly tell me they don’t have them yet. My family who went after me got their results back and then today at noon I get a phone call from my public health department wanting to see how I’m feeling since I tested positive for Covid it’s 5 o’clock and I still have not heard from well now.
