RecommendedI have been going too Well Now urgent care for a while to get all my cool good testing done for when I go out of county to Rochester at strong memorial hospital and I had a lot of good experiences at Wellnow on Sheridan dr in tonawanda except today. soenthing was off and made me leave confused, uncomfortable and questioning if I need to now go somewhere else for testing. RecommendedHad an appointment in Oswego for our son, appointment was for 9am, we were seen at 8:45 and out within 15 minutes. The gentleman who helped us was Rudy. He was very nice and understanding that our son was scared and did everything he could to help calm him down. Would certainly recommend if needed.
RecommendedMy grandma had an awesome experience at her WellNow Urgent Care(Olean, NY) Dr. McCue took time to not only explain to my nana her chronic condition, but also comforted her, and made her feel like she mattered. She wasn’t just another patient in the hospital especially with this pandemic going on. They won’t turn you away, and My nana will continue to go to WellNow urgent care.
RecommendedWent to the new location in Camillus next to empower and only waited in my car for about 26 minutes too! Was greeted by Jacob the nurse and he was AMAZING!! Made the process fun and relaxing! Amazing person to have on staff! I was then greeted by PA Lucas and he was amazing as well! I would HIGHLY recommend any non emergency situations come to this location! Even the girls at the front were as sweet as they could be!
RecommendedThank god for this place and it’s staff... my dare devil 2 year old took a tumble and split his head wide open.... the staff took us back immediately and were so kind and compassionate... Erica Feola got him patched right up with treats to calm him to boot.... honestly don’t think I would go anywhere else or trust any other staff.... Such a traumatizing event was made better by the great people here.❤️

The website allows you to check in but apparently that isn't a thing any more so I sat in my car for an hour before I finally called and was told that they asked corporate to remove that option from their website but they haven't so I had to start check in process again wait a whole other hour to brought in a room and then another 45 minutes after that to actually be seen!

awful experience!!! checked in using url at 430pm using my phone. I received a text message and phone call to confirm. they asked all the Covid questions. I explained I was having Covid like symptoms. Nausea ' headache. aches and pains, and that I was a state employees and I needed to get a test upon returning to work. I was told 90 min wait. 730pm roles around no call no text. I have never had a worse experience at a medical facility in my life than at the Oswego WellNow Urgent Care. The prescriptions I needed were never sent to my pharmacy, I was promised a call from the doctors and never received one, I was put on hold on the phone for over two and a half hours when trying to call for test results and no one ever picked up, and I was supposed to receive testing results after 3-4 days but still have not received them after a week. I was seen last Thursday 9/24/2020 at Oneonta location as a walk in facial injury-was brought right in and seen promptly. In need of a return to work note, was advised to "just come back in at any time today, MD will see you and write note"- I have been waiting in parking lot coming up on 2 hours now to be seen-understand, as I'm a medical professional as well, things are crazy with COVID, BUT, this is a walk in urgent care location, I should not be waiting in parking lot for 2 hours to be seen because location is performing... read more
