Every time we go they would send us to the emergency room. It wasn't worth even going. Waste of money.

As I'm sitting g here 3 hours already for a rapid COVID-19 text in the parking lot, I called to confirm and let the lady know it was worth the wait given I have my mother at home with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and my preemie newborn. They called me to come in to register my insurance and asked if I was here for test or to be seen (same girl whose seen me before and told me to wait and talked to me on the phone), I said the rapid test. RecommendedSpringville wellnow urgent care is a phenomenal asset to our community. The doctors and nurses are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I was in and out in 30 mins, Thank you!!
Shame on WellNow for not providing payment options to patients during a pandemic where many are not receiving their usual income. Also, if you are going to accept partial payments from people during your 90 day period, but then send them to collections if not paid in full by day 90...you should really notify them of that practice from the start.
I would not go here if you need a covid test especially Asymptomatic. Even if you make an appointment you will sit there for At least two hours. I made and appointment at 8pm planning an hour total assuming it would take a minute but I didn’t end up getting home until almost 10pm. They made me wait for the provider who was the only doctor in the place and there were At least 15 other people there, just so he could explain to me what I already know about covid, wasting his time and mine. The Oswego site made “appointments” for covid testing and here I am three hours from that said time waiting. Still. Don’t worry I didn’t have a job where others relied on me or anything to attend to. 🙄 They clearly need a different system.
