I took my daughter for a covid test at the Hamburg location. Waited in the car for 2 hours! I understand they have a lot of people that need to be seen/covid tested. But geezus! They need to come up with a better strategy or something, because waiting that long just for a covid swab is a little ridiculous!!!

The lady at the front desk of the sheridan drive location was the most miserable and rude person i have ever came in contact with in a HEALTHCARE setting. She made a couple before me leave because of her rude comments. Then proceeded to tell my partner that she “ SOUNDS LIKE SHE BLABBING HER MOUTH” when she asked to update her pharmacy info. Wellnow Oswego is rude and disorganized. I will never patronize this business again and will actively tell other people to not parronize this company. I made an appointment for services and the time was changed without telling me untilbi showed ontime for my appointment. Then, the staff was rude to me.

my husband had a 12p appointment that was required for coved because he is having surgery. we got here on Southwestern Blvd at 1138a checked in he got a message back stating his appointment is it 130p. we got conformation back it was at noon not 130p. here its is 145p still sitting here. this place sucks.

RecommendedFirst time being at a WellNow and it was a great experience, aside from feeling sick. Went to the new Camillus location and was treated exceptionally by the amazing staff there. Highly recommended to go here for anyone in or around Camillus!
