Verified Renter The place is nice and has been good to me. An annoyance has been loud and stomping upstairs neighbors but other than that, I’ll say I’d love to see an upgraded gym with more equipment and machines.

Verified Renter Just moved in and so far everyone has been very helpful. Love the color scheme and layout of my new home. The gym has more options than most apartments so that is a plus. Very close to many food options and the medical community.

Verified Renter Just moved in yesterday, and the apartment complex seems nice, the leasing team has been very helpful, specially Kathryn. However, I am doing the apartment inspection today and there are a few problems I have found, like the apartment was not properly cleaned before my move in date, the trash disposal does not work and there is some damage to the paint from the cabinets in the kitchen. Verified Renter I’ve had a mostly great experience living at West Mockingbird Apartments. The amenities are well-maintained, and the staff has been helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. The units are modern and comfortable, and the location is convenient. However, security has been a concern. Despite being a gated community, the gates are frequently broken, and car break-ins are still happening. It would be great if management took stronger measures to improve safety. Verified Renter Move in was easy and seamless! I feel very safe and secure at all times. The property is very clean, I love that I always see custodial workers working! All of the staff were very helpful and assisting!

just ok Cars get towed even though they are registered in the guest parking. Concierge trash pick up is very up in the air. Sometimes they come before 7pm. Communication with the complex is seeming to get better. When I first moved in I couldn’t get anyone to answer a phone call or email. I had to go down to the leasing office and talk to them in person. Very secure unit but having guests is very tough when cars are towed and the building has very limited access to guests without a key.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 2.5 years. Just like any complex it has its pros and cons. I will say that management does take resident complaints seriously & maintenance is great. They come within 24 hours. There is now an officer that patrols.. it took them a while to get that going. There are not so great neighbors but the complex does handle them. They do preventative maintenance often. They have made some not so great mistakes but overall it’s pretty decent.
