Verified Renter View is mid. Garage door not working. Key fob not working. Ice maker not working. Washer/Dryer still adjusting to using it. Everything else 10/10 beautiful apartment and amazing amenities.

Verified Renter Leasing: Easy process, very friendly staff and helpful. Move in: the reason this post is not 5 stars. The apartment was not ready. There were bugs, poop, and dirt everywhere. We had to wait several hours to get the apartment cleaned before we could move in after keys were given over. The staff did their best to accommodate. However, the party in charge of making sure the unit was move-in ready failed. Living: Has been a good experience so far. Enjoy the location and amenities.

Verified Renter Really like the apartment and high ceilings . Very safe and secure need fob for about everything. Staff is nice and they are accommodating. Would recommend this place to anyone

Verified Renter We’ve been residents here since the property first opened in 2020. Unfortunately, the living experience has significantly declined over time. One of the biggest ongoing issues is the lack of sound insulation. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin, and noise from neighboring units—especially from the apartment above—is disruptive at all hours. Verified Renter I really like living at west love . It’s very peaceful and rysa the leasing agent was very helpful for my move in . It was a really nice experience and I love it here . I encourage everyone to move in here

Verified Renter The move in was super smooth and the leasing agent were very helpful and attentive in all 10,000 questions I had. I think the community is beautiful and amenities are absolutely worth choosing this property.

Verified Renter It has been okay! The hallways get really smelly and the garage doors don't always operate as they should. Also, there's so much impact/movement in the garage and we don't know why. It feels as if it wasn't built well or not very structured. The apartment we moved in was very dirty.....

Verified Renter Just moved in 2 days ago, so far we love it! Staff has been really helpful answering any questions or concerns ever since we signed our lease a few months ago before even moving in. Our unit was clean and well kept. So far we have been very pleased with our new place and we hope it continues to positively surprise us!
