Get directionsMy father has been in this facility for the past three years. He's not mobile enough to take care of himself. The first two years, care and food was amazing but despite the cleaniness everything else has gone downafter it went under new management. I visit as often as I can and suggest the same to anyone that has a loved one there. Only a few care takers have a heart for these helpless elders. I've seen things with my own eyes.
I am fed up with this place , they are the most unorganized facility, I just can't take it anymore! I am tired of calling, texting & going there to ask for simple things! They can't follow simple instructions We have repeatedly asked the dr to take care of simple situation, the nurses are clueless , all just walk around looking busy and celebrating each other's birthdays One more incident and I will report them A simple incident hasn't been solved after a month of back and forth , talking to every single nurse for each sh... read more
I was truly disappointed with this facility, they let me down in so many ways in the short time my father was there recovering from a stroke. They are extremely short staffed and so my father who couldn't walk after his stroke was often left waiting and waiting for bathroom assistance so much so that in moments of desperation he attempted it on his own and ended up falling. He was then moved to a room that was closer to the nurses station so that he would get "better" attention and thus moved to a room with 3 patients cramme... read more
I don't have any Words how To describe what Happened to my Mom while staying under there care, no body can Tell me what happened to her, while talking to my Mom she told us that one of The RN' has Pull her really hard to get to a Point of hurting her and leaving a Bruise and also this person is been verbally abusinsing her
My father had a horrible experience. Completely understaffed. After having spinal surgery, he got a bladder infection. Each time he rang the bell for them to come to go to the bathroom, it took at least 10 minutes. Staff was even notified of the bladder infection. Then one time they did not come, and my father hobbled to the bathroom where he fell. He yelled for help for 15 minutes on the cold floor, and no-one came. Piece of shit place!
This is a rehab facility not geared toward geriatric patients. The administrative staff was the most helpful as we were checking my mom out. They seem very short handed and nurses are hit and miss. If your loved one requires a lot of assistance, this is not a good choice.
I can not emphasize enough, PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! This place is understaffed and it is DIY healthcare. My mom was in short term after a hospital stay and luckily she has family who could help speak up and get the help she needed. 1) they gave her a laxative then disappear. Nobody shows up for atleast a half hour or more if you press the call button. My daughter was there luckily to assist her in getting to the restroom 5 times that afternoon. Not once did anyone come to help. 2) SHE complained about terri... read more
Wish I could give 0 stars. But I will settle for 1. All my grandfathers stuff was stolen and magically appear on his last day when we threatened to get a lawyer. When we arrived he was soaking wet and dirty had to wait 20 to 30 minutes til he got changed and ready to actually leave and go home. I really think that the state should look in to this place.
My grandfather was here after a stroke and received horrible service. Completely understaffed, inattentive caregivers, and a poor excuse for an actual rehabilitation facility. He got 15 minutes of PT once a day, and he was supposed to receive 4x that amount. No one could tell me if he had eaten, what he had done during his physical therapy, if he received his medication that day - completely scattered and negligent.
