This is the WORST facility to send your love ones!!! They don't care about their patients, my father was send here from the hospital, and he was only there for 2 days and that was enough for me to go get him and took him back home, they don't feed them and don't give them their medicines and if they have COVID they just let them die there. They neglect the patients!

Do not sent your loved ones to West Valley Post Acute. My mother passed away there and her wedding ring was stolen from her hand. It has been a nightmare for my family and there really is no way to ever feel ok about that happening. Prior to her death, my mother had to wait up to an hour for a nurse to respond to calls for assistance making it to the bathroom. If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. ***DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE**** this place is the worst of the worst. My mom was brought here from the hospital. She has severe dementia. This place did not care for my mom properly. Put her on medication that is not FDA approved, is BLACK BOX WARNING, and states everywhere " DO NOT GIVE TO ELDERLY PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA IT WILL CAUSE DEATH" when I said something to them about it, I was told this " a lot of people here are on medication that is not fda approved. Horrible and dirty! Bathroom in the room was dirty and toilet didn't work. Staff uncaring. Pulled dad out after 20 minutes...NO WAY I would like my dad stay here.

The worst skilled nursing facility with no care and awful staff . Do not place anyone here there is no caring staff or management. Lack of care and humanity is unbelievable. The physician sucks no return calls . Worst ever Please do not place you elderly.

BEWARE!!!! I understand this time we are in is a challenge for everyone, however when you send your loved one to get rehabilitated you would HOPE that there is EXTRA care ESPECIALLY WHEN FAMILY MEMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY. My father was sent to this facility to be cared for and looked after ....well not so!!! He was put into diapers (which wasn't needed) and left in his CRAP and URINE for hours!! Think twice before bringing your loved one to West Valley Post Acute. Our loved one was 89 years old, suffered from Dementia so she was confused & didn't want to stay put, was an extreme fall risk, & they put her in a wheelchair with only one working wheel brake. In the dining rooms/activity rooms, when a resident needed something or wanted to use the bathroom, many times the residents were ignored, much like when the residents were in their bedrooms & needed something or wanted to use the bathroom. My brother passed away 2 weeks ago I was notified only on a phone call about his death and was told to remove his body ASAP which was shocking to me. Oh my gosh!!!!! if you want to kill your family member go ahead and let them stay here at this facility. There's so much neglect it's ridiculous. It's the most mismanaged substandard facility I've ever been in in my whole life. They killed my Parent. My Parent died of a cubitus sore so large that it was not possible to even heal at all. There are so many other places .. none of them are great but this one in particular is horrible!
