A positive, happy, lively atmosphere is evident at this facility. The corridors and patient rooms are clean and well maintained. every staff member we encountered was patient and knowledgeable-it wasn't just a "job". Vanessa at the reception desk and then Maria Jimenez at the nursing station were so kind to everyone, amazing and able to navigate the specific paperwork requirements. A pleasant experience for our sister's post surgery care! Thank you West Valley Post Acute Care!

This facility is very well run The nurses are wonderful Sophia in the morning. Albeit at night and Vanessa along with Iris.

West Valley is an amazing rehab facility. They took great care of my aunt and we are forever grateful. Extremely clean, modern and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This nursing home is a place of warmth, care, and dedication. All the staff members are extremely helpful and welcoming. Thank you all for the support and help. Special THANK YOU and shout out to the Director of Business Development, Elena, for always being there! I truly appreciate her and the staff members. My father was a patient at this facility after a triple bypass and during the covid19 situation. The staff at this facility, especially Elena, was fantastic. Living in Northern California and not being able to visit my dad or the facility due to the lockdown, I had many questions and concerns regarding my dad's stay. Elena was available at all times to answer any and all questions and reassure me that my father was in good hands and able to recover properly. Wow this facility is amazing, great location, beautiful space, the staff are beyond professional & go out of their way to make you feel supported. The facility just went through a renovation & the place is so nice & clean. The ambiance is great & very inviting, the staff were friendly & very helpful. I am so glad we were sent here for my sister's rehab and iv meds. The cna's the nurses and all the staff are so patient, attentive and wonderful. The Dr and staff are always willing to help even in difficult situations and the place is so clean! No yucky smell...ever. There were some plumbing issues while we were there but they were quick to clean up and fix it. it's never easy to send a loved one to a nursing facility but if I have to be in one this is one I would choose.
