This place has a beautiful and clean design. I was happy to bring my father here after his hip surgery!! The staff was warm and inviting during his stay. If anything was needed, Elena was quick to find a solution and made it feel like home. I have to give a special thanks to Angie (cna) and Anthony (therapist), great service!

I've been to many post acute facilities and this one is by far the best. The staff excels in caring for each individual as if they're the only patient there. This is a great facility and I would highly recommend their nursing and rehab services to my family and friends!

This facility has such a great staff! The rehab therapists were awesome, very tentative, and were able to get her back on her feet in no time. Elena was very welcoming and made my grandmother feel comfortable since day one.

One of the best rehabs! Excellent service from physical therapy to social services to nurses. I really like to thank everyone on behalf of my aunt Nina. We are so happy with this choice. Please disregard low rating at Medicare.org, I guess they changed the management and completely remodeled the place. Highly recommend to anyone in need of post acute rehab.

I've been to West Valley Post Acute several times and have always appreciated my stays. The administration cares about the patients and the staff do a wonderful caring job. They are currently in middle of renovating the facility and it looks very nice. I appreciate the admissions department and all the caregivers who make this a wonderful establishment.

Nursing homes have a bad rap so I avoided them until today. I visited my grandpa here after he recently moved in and I'm pleasantly surprised. It's super clean first of all, which I really like having OCD myself. All the staff we passed by and saw were really friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed happy to be there and to help all the elderly living there. The lounge in the front is really nice and the people come and talk with each other. My uncle was admitted here 3 weeks ago for a fractured leg. We initially met with Elena D. in the hospital who helped make the transition easier for all of us. The facility has just been remodeled and everything is really nice & clean. The RNs were awesome, especially Maria J. Also, I can't say enough about the physical therapy staff there! They are seriously the best at what they do. Thanks again.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carla for taking care of my grandma. I was very amazed at how attentive and efficient she was to my grandma's needs and truly made sure she was comfortable during her time there. Thank you again Carla, you are amazing!

One of the better facilities I've seen, very clean I must say. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Patient care is always top priority and the rest just falls in place. Food is always great, and the kitchen staff is always kind and friendly. The administrative team is very knowledgeable, and were able to answer any questions I had. Most importantly, they care! Highly recommend this facility to anyone in search of one in the valley. Thanks again to the entire team!
