I lived at WCF for a year I am so glad we moved out. The people living in APT# 317 are the inconsiderate residents. The would have visitors over very late at night and stay in te balcony drinking and being loud all night. I'm writing this to inform anybody that is looking to move to WCF. Don'tobe near APT# 317 you will regret it..

From the staff to the property everything seem to be fine when I moved in but as the months went by both the office staff and property went down. The staff act like they are doing me favor by staying there and customer service skills need some serious improvements. There was an auto bulgary where several cars were broken into and the staff neglected to informed the community about the incident....

For the 2nd time in a month, my car was broken into right in the front of the complex (in front of the fire dept)!!!! The gates never work and this place has turned to the hood! Management could care less.

just like everyone's comment i lived here and i must say the staff were friendly at first but when you call about any questions they seem to be ------. sorry for the word but that's what best describe them. the maintenance workers are great and they take good care of the residents. i moved out and found a better and cheaper price.

I werk in the Westchase, and there isnt many otehr complexes that can compete. They do a good job with the landscapping. I werk late at night, and its nice to come home to a complex that dont have people hanging out being loud and noisey. I got my apartment back in 2008, and I'm very satisfeid with living here.

I have lived here for a year now and watched what was once a very nice quiet community struggling to get full become this loud, noisy, place for hoodrats to hang out. Unfortunately I live on the pool and there is a party there almost every weekend. No one respects the hours of the pool and the office does nothing to enforce them anyway.

They have terrible accounting/billing. Their rent is incredibly high and go up every time you renew contract. Don't be surprised to get an Eviction Notice on your door even after you paid them. Very unorganized accounting management, they would demand for more money out of nowhere. Therefore, beware and cautious of Westchase Forest Apartments, if you are looking for trouble and loss of money...

This apartment is horrible management. there is neighbor from India. they always put garbage in stair path. I complaint over 10 times. the management really don't care and the neighbor does not care about other people. put lots of cars in parking space always. maybe car dealer. always bad smell comes out through their open windows. If you don't care, definitely you can move in. Never expect...

I have just completed the move in process and am very pleased with the professionalism of the office staff. Vicki Wade, in particular, has been extremely helpful in making our move fast and easy. So far, we are pleased with the condition of the grounds and the complex itself. I would recommend to anyone that they consider Westchase Forest as their new home.
