i did a lot of research before i chose westchase forest. the apt is pretty good, relatively new, good materials. maintenance is great, these guys know what they are doing and are quick to respond. the only thing i would caution you about is the rent, my apt isnt worth the going rate. i negotiated with them a lot before i signed and found out later that others had got even lower rent than i did....
I found WestChase forest to be the home away from home. I was relocated for my job, so I was truly scared trying to find where I was going to live in such a short noticed. When you move into a new home, managed by someone other than yourself, you have to realize there are upsides and downsides. My experience with the office personnel has been exceptional. I know if I have a problem, it will be handled in a timely manner because I will expect nothing less.
Be wary of these new "positive" reviews. I lived here for a while and I can tell you that the management team was horrible, that the area was dangerous, and that their book keeping skills were bad. Don't believe all these new positive reviews (these reviewers probably work for the apartment). If I could, I'd give the management 0 stars.

Love the Apartment, Love the Service, Love the events!! They always have something going on and it is soooo great. Like on Wednesdays...they have a Buffalo Wild Wings day...EVERY WEDNESDAY. Now where else can you get wings from your apartments? It makes it feel more than a complex...it's more than an aparment. I just love the girls in the office!
I have lived here almost a year and is completely satisfied. The area in which I live is very quite and peaceful. The office has always been kind and helpful. Each time I requested maintenance, they came the next day. I would recommend these apartments. SO FAR SO GOOD!!!!!
Love, love, love wcf. Very pet friendly which is good for me!! I love my little darlings, and they are very accomodating. The office even has treats for them in the office. Look forwards to renewing my lease pronto!
My overall experience has been positive. I'm must show my appreciation for Jorge. I believe he's the head maintenance person on staff. His professionalism surpasses the sometime snoot demeanor of the office management.
